Committees: Make MOPS your own! There is always an opportunity for you to be more involved by serving on a committee. Have you ever heard the saying “ It takes a village to raise a child?” Well, the same is true for a MOPS group, it takes a “village” of moms to make this MOPS group happen. It might be helping behind the scenes for 5 minutes after a meeting or helping with a special project. Read the descriptions and see if you see anything that sounds like you…then contact the leader to find out how you can be a part. Hospitality: Creating an atmosphere of warmth, welcoming moms, decorating, setting up coffee, assisting with Girl’s Night Out events, taking a meal to a mom with a new baby, or emergency, washing linens between meetings or creating a scrapbook of our group for this year.
