Leadership
At the core of the local MOPS group is a Steering Team of committed leaders who set the tone for the rest of the group. Here is an introduction to your Steering Team Leaders...
Sharon Bridges- Coordinator
This fall I will be married for 8 years to my wonderful husband Matt. I have two boys, 3 and 1. We have lived in the valley 6 years now and love it. I love going on little outdoor adventures with my family. And I enjoy spending time with friends and daydreaming about a tropical island with me on the beach (my husband is with my boys, they'll meet up with me later!) This will be my 3rd year in MOPS and I'm so looking forward to sharing the MOPS experience with you! I have been so blessed from MOPS, that I can't wait to help moms be better moms by laughing, connecting with other moms, and being honest with themselves.. sbridges177@yahoo.com

I was born and raised in North Bend, and forever wanted to escape. So I joined the Army, and traveled wherever they sent me. After they sent me to Baghdad and I made it back, I figured I ought to cash in my chips there and just ENJOY being a mom. Ironically, I wanted no other place to live than right here in North Bend. I have three daughters and one son. I also have the most amazing boyfriend in the world, Luke. He is a log trucker, which my son thinks is just about the coolest thing ever! The thing I have found that is the greatest about MOPS is their ability to accept all moms, no matter their status. Being judged for any reason can really take away from quality of life, but they never have. I love to read, listen to music, fold laundry, and most importantly EAT! I like to think that one day I will become a competitive eater--but until that day comes, it remains my number one hobby! (Did I mention that pretty much every dish that is prepared prior to a MOPS meeting is AMAZING?!)

Mary Roedel- Hospitality
My husband I moved to Washington 4.5 years ago from California. We have two amazing boys ages 5 and 3. . I was a teacher for 15 years before I became a mom, and now I am fortunate enough to stay home to raise my children. I enjoy traveling, reading, and playing games (especially cards). My idea of a perfect day is going on an adventure with my family. This will be my fourth year in MOPS and it has been a wonderful and rewarding experience to spend time with so many fabulous women.
Mandi Hays- Creative
I moved to North Bend from Redmond at age 11. Now I have been married to my handy man, Joel, for 7 years. We have two daughters, Sarah is 4 and Katie is 7 mo. This will be my 4th year with MOPS and I am excited. I love to organize, plan, bargain shop and do crafts so creative coordinator should fit me well. Some other interests for me are family time, the outdoors, reading, cross stitching, movies and dancing. I look forward to this year of old and new friends and great food.

This fall I will be celebrating 15 years of marriage! Wow how time flies! I am a mom of 2 boys and just "graduated" from MOPS last year. We have lived in the valley for 12 years and love all the activities that the area has to offer. I am also a huge movie buff and love to stamp. I feel blessed to have been a part of MOPS for 4 years and look forward to helping the Steering team plan a fabulous year for all to enjoy! chcogle@yahoo.com
Wendy Williams- Lead Mentor
I have been married to my best friend for 35 years. We have been blessed with two children, who are both married, and three very special granddaughters. My husband and I moved here from Spokane two years ago, and I love being "back home" ( I grew up in this area). We have just moved into a house we are building on Mt. Si road (not finished, but liveable). I also love working with young moms and sharing God's love with them, and am delighted to be a part of MOPS.
